The Client Referral Overview, the Rules and all related provisions of the Client Referral Program, including, without limitation, provisions regarding the commission rate, service policies and operating procedures, are incorporated in the Terms and Conditions by reference

Joining the Referral Program

Only approved Client Referral Associates will be eligible to earn commission payments. To become an approved Client Referral Associate, you must submit a completed application form and a completed IRS Form W-9 and receive a written acceptance from Business Intelligence Solutions.

Business Intelligence Solutions Referral Program Overview

The Business Intelligence Solutions Referral Program is open to any individual or company desiring to promote the products and services of Business Intelligence Solutions. By promoting Business Intelligence Solutions Regulatory Compliance and Information Technology Services and Software Solutions to your colleagues, you may become eligible to receive the following benefits:

  • $500 on the first services or software product order generated from each of your leads. Future re-orders, upgrades, renewals, maintenance and hardware are not included.
  • Business Intelligence Solutions will handle all sales and support as well as customer service, administrative tasks and tracking of sales.
  • Payouts will occur each Thursday (after the 30-Day Guarantee has been satisfied and a payment that exceeds five times the value of the $500 commission has been received).

Rules

  1. Referrals submitted are eligible for referral compensation.
  2. Every referral requires a Prospect Form to be completed by you.
  3. You can refer your own organization.
  4. A referral can be an existing Business Intelligence Solutions customer.
  5. An organization that is currently involved in the sale process with Business Intelligence Solutions is not eligible.
  6. If more than one referral is made for the same prospect, only the first referral received by Business intelligence Solutions will be rewarded (i.e.: only one referral payment will be granted per purchase).
  7. If your organization's internal policies prohibit you from receiving referral compensation, please let us know, and we can credit the commission to your organization's next Business Intelligence Solutions Software or service, annual maintenance renewal or software purchase. (Individual participants are responsible for compliance with their employer’s rules and policies related to this program.)
  8. Referral commission eligibility will expire if no sale is made to the referred client within 45 days after a referral is submitted.
  9. You will be required to furnish a completed IRS Form W-9 to Business Intelligence Solutions at the time of submission of your application form.
  10. All matters relating to the Client Referral Program will be determined in the sole discretion of Business Intelligence Solutions. In addition to the rules and matters set forth herein, this Client Referral Program is subject to modification by Business Intelligence Solutions without notice.
